The names, dates, and label design were all correct, with zero weird spelling issues and nothing missing. I ordered a custom bottle the price felt fair for what I got. It looked nice when it arrived, shipping was fine, and I didn’t feel like I overpaid. The only thing is that getting everything set up took a bit more effort than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but overall I’m happy with it

I ordered from personalwine.com as a gift, and thankfully the bottle arrived in good shape. The shipping just took a little longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update for like two days, which made me feel mentally drained and anxious about whether it would get there on time. It did arrive in the end, so that was a relief, but I really wish the shipping updates were more reliable and clear.

"Arrived sooner than expected"
I ordered from personalwine.com and was surprised by how fast it showed up. I figured it wouldn’t get here until later in the week, but it arrived early and the packaging was totally fine. If you’re ordering something on a tighter timeline, based on my experience, they did a really good job getting it out quickly

"Custom bottle actually turned out really nice"
I ordered a bottle with a custom label for my dad’s birthday, it came out way better than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise for once. The text was clear, the photo wasn’t blurry, and it didn’t have that rushed, “good enough” look some personalized stuff somehow gets away with.
Shipping was fine too, no dramatic waiting game or mystery delays, thankfully. The best part was really the label though, it looked clean and not cheap, which is apparently not always a given. My dad ended up keeping the bottle after, so yeah, I’d probably order from them again...

"Just a heads up: the custom label turned out great"
I ordered a custom wine label i was really happy with how it came out. The design tool was easy to use, and the final label looked just like the preview, which is always something I worry about with custom stuff. It made the bottle feel way more personal and cute. Public warning: if you’re making a gift, you might end up wanting to do this for every bottle now. I’d definitely use them again.

"Nice Idea, but the Box felt a Bit Plain"
I got this as a gift and overall it was fine. The bottle showed up in good shape, no dents or damage or anything, and the custom label was easy to read. My friend thought the idea was cute, so that part definitely worked out.

That said, the packaging felt a little underwhelming for the price. The box was basic, almost like regular shipping packaging, so it didn’t feel super special when handing it over. Not bad at all, just expected a bit More...

"So relieved the engraving turned out perfect"
I ordered a bottle with custom engraving i was a little nervous it might come out wrong. But it showed up exactly the way I typed it, with no spelling mistakes and the spacing looked great too. Such a relief once I saw it in person. I’m really happy with how it turned out.
